Key Responsibility Areas:
· Ownership for multiple product areas within Shiksha study abroad
· Placing users at forefront of Product Development by conducting user interviews to build an understanding of student personas and then defining innovative solutions to challenging business problems
· Capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various teams such as engineering, QA, UX, counseling, sales etc. to communicate product priorities and drive closure on release goals
· Go beyond product launch to analyze impact of changes, deep dive with analytical mindset to understand what’s working & not-working and then follow through meticulously to incorporate changes to drive results
Competencies required for doing this job well:
· Should be self-driven with high ownership bias
· Good understanding of organic acquisition channels, SEO and working with content heavy products. Experience of working in user generated platform will be added plus.
· Should be adept in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and creating impactful presentations
· Empathy, innovation and openness to learning
Qualifications needed
· 2-6 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet space
· MBA/Post-grad from premium institutes with a computer science engineering graduatio
