Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will come from a prestigious educational background, such as IIT or IIM, and possess a strong track record in start-ups. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including growth, supply chain management, central operations, and strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Growth Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion. Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
2. Supply Chain Management: Optimize our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products/services. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
3. Central Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Strategy Development: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute company-wide strategies. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to align efforts and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from IIT or MBA from IIM is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a program management or similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
3. Proven track record of driving growth and managing complex projects.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
