Program Manager - Regulatory Compliances - Fintech/Payment (7-10 Yrs)

Work for any new changes required as per regulator/networks, understand the product side requirements & implementations to be done
- Create Project tracker with owners & timelines
- Run cadence across internal stakeholders for implementation in a timebound manner
- Publish Project tracker with status & any red flags on a timely basis
- Maintain & publish RAID log for the project
- Send reminders & resolve cross team dependencies
- Highlight any risks in terms of timeline or quality for implementing the changes
- Escalate to stakeholders regarding any delay / quality of implementation
- Work with Compliance Owner for key decisions required
- Regulatory Compliance Management: Monitor and stay abreast of regulatory changes, guidelines, and directives impacting the payments industry.
- Impact Assessment: Evaluate the potential impact of regulatory changes on PayU's operations, products, and services.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, product, technology, and operations teams, to assess regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to regulatory compliance, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with regulatory compliance and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and create awareness programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by relevant authorities.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and partners involved in regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PayU's regulatory compliance processes and capabilities.
