Loyalty Program Manager (Only Female Candidate)
- Should have created loyalty Strategy and loyalty operations.
- Design communications for the Loyalty Program.
- Launching Loyalty Programme pan India along with Zonal team.
- Implement the plans as approved for the Loyalty Program - expansion in number of geographies & channel covered.
- Co-create new ideas / campaigns with team and external agencies based on emerging practices in the Loyalty Programs domain.
- Manage effective launch and adoption of new ideas / campaigns across the markets
- Train new joiners in the features of the Loyalty Program.
- Provide inputs and / or seek resolution in case of any escalations w.r.t the working, usage, or application of the Loyalty Program.
- Manage operations of the Loyalty Program through service provider as well as operations of call centre
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA (Marketing) from Good B-School,Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing Loyalty Programme
