Product Manager Trainee

Job Title: Product Manager Trainee/Executive at Biotics Lab
Requirements:•
B.Pharm with MBA (marketing) is an added advantage•
Excellent command over English, both written and verbal•
Willing to travel and work with field marketing team•
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:·
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.·
Analyze market data to support decision-making and contribute to the development of product strategies.
Product Development Support:·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to support the development and launch of new pharmaceutical products.·
Assist in managing product life cycles, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and market demands.
Strategic Planning:·
Contribute to the development and implementation of product strategies to achieve business objectives.·
Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.
Communication and Collaboration:·
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and research, to ensure effective communication and coordination.·
Assist in preparing product-related presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:·
Interface with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers to gather feedback and insights that involve field work with marketing team.·
Contribute to the development of customer-focused strategies and initiatives.
