Job Description
- Should have minimum 4 years experience managing projects both in Scrum and Kanaban framework
- Should have minimum 6 years of coding experience in various Dotnet technologies.
- Co-ordinate the work of resources in different geographies
- Accountable and responsible for the project deliveries
- Experience in project planning, tracking and control
- Expert in communicating the reports to stakeholders as well as internal team
- JIRA tool experience is a must
- Should have excellent Written and Oral communication skill.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a liaison between the customer stake holders and the technical team in delivering the project
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Execute the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint and release planning
- Conduct daily standup meetings identify and remove the blockages
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Create JIRA Dashboard reflecting the progress of the project
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
- Keep the technical and functional documentation updated as the system revolves around changes in functionality.
- Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation.
- Communication - Is transparent in communication, with intent to inspire trust and provide the positives and negatives of both individuals and teams action
- Reporting to Delivery Manager on project deliveries
- Work with customer stake holders in priortising the task for the Kanban and periodic reporting of the status back to the product Owners
- Responsible for Planning, Retro, review meetings
- Develop and update test strategies and keeping it in line with the customer requirements
- Recommend best practices to improve testing efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement same
- Be a thought leader and implement automation in test lifecycle to enhance customer experience.
- Responsible for the team members productivity and career progression
Certifications :
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PRINCE2
- PMP Certification

- Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as TFS, Git
- Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts. Proactive approach to problem solving.
