- Looking for an experienced Business Product Manager for our Solar Lending Division, with a particular focus on the Rooftop Solar segment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within lending industry, including reasonable experience managing Solar / Renewable Energy relationships. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful lending products and services tailored to the renewable energies sector.
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the automotive lending division, with a focus on expanding our solar lending business.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with OEMs to ensure product offerings are aligned with market needs and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the green lending space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and roll out product enhancements and new offerings.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet business goals and customer needs.
- Engage with dealers and customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices within the industry.
