Product manager Credit card
Description :
- Responsible for launching and managing suit of Credit Card products on World Platform
- To ensure Super Premium experience to the card holder with superlative product proposition, high end communication and engagement and superlative experience at all touch points
- Role involves managing the entire product life cycle as well ensuring the product proposition gets constantly monitored from effectiveness perspective.
- To manage product level portfolio parameters in conjunction with portfolio team and constantly achieve required level of activation, average spends per card and ENR.
- To ensure constant engagement with Sales for achieving required numbers on product and program managed.
- Responsible for designing enablers for Sales team to achieve assigned targets on the product managed.
- To achieve product mix target in conjunction with sales by constantly monitoring and implementing mid way correction strategy if required.
- To design and manage marketing programs including campaigns for on-boarding and product feature reiteration for the product managed.
- To constantly engage with Marketing Team for working on communication and designing/redesigning the same for most effective product communication.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders within the organization to ensure incremental volumes, better product profitability and delivering a superior customer experience
- To ensure all customer complaints and queries are handled sensitively and staff is well trained to resolve complains & queries within defined TAT's
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Competitive analysis and background of products at all times.
- Keep up-to-date on products, policy and competition

- Comply with Bank's policies and processes.
