Product Manager-Cash Management

Job Purpose:
To develop, structure and customize Cash Management products/ services (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels, etc) and to provide best in class solutions to clients. Develop new products according to changing customer needs & conduct research on new product development & market situation on a continuous basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Finalization and management of FinTech/Vendor tie-ups with focus on achieving best in class product offerings.
Liaise with regulatory bodies such as NPCI, RBI for smooth execution of transactions.
Working with Regional Sales/Coverage heads for designing customized CMS solutions for sustained Current Account balances.
Liaise with regulatory and internal audit teams and ensure nil regulatory/control deviations. Liaise with regulatory and internal audit teams and ensure nil regulatory/control deviations.
Work with Product Head for Cost optimization and ensure profitability of CMS mandates. Benchmarking product offerings with competition and work on new-age technology to provide diffentiated CMS solutions.
Focused efforts to increase digital foot-print by increasing BXP usage for CMS customers.
Handling of day to day transaction approvals and issues across collection and payment products.
Work closely with Ops and IT to ensure smooth execution of various product offerings.
Work on system development initiatives and implementation. Process standardization and optimization along with Operations and other stakeholders.
Focus on Retail/Business Banking segment and make necessary alterations in product to suit said segment.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: MBA
Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree
Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience in product manager role
