The purpose of this role is to market Inzpera’s innovative brands in India and other
geographies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving and achieving secondary sales targets of assigned brands through cutting-edge
marketing activities to build Rxer base & Per capita - Conceptualization & Execution of New launches/ Initiatives
- Delivering marketing tools for promotion by field force
- Quarterly scientific training for Field force
- Regular customer visits to understand trends and the impact of promotional campaigns
- Championing execution and keeping the marketing torch burning in the Org
Job Requirements:
- A science or pharmacy graduate, preferably with a post-graduate degree in management
with excellent communication skills - At least 2-5 years in brand management in a leading pharmaceutical/ nutraceutical/
other allied healthcare company - Preferably having experience in handling pediatric segment
- Deep in Science
- Student of Marketing
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding ability to carry a team and inspire them; Enjoys travel and being around
people. - The ability to listen and communicate assertively
