· Execute the System of Deliveryto transform and excel the technical/process capabilities within the team
o Drive Technical Solution discussions with Technical Anchor
o Foster CI/CD pipelines with integrated code quality
o Focus on human centered design approach before development starts
o Focus on iterative development and Minimum Viable Product
o Adopt best practices that will make the team more agile
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Required Skills
· 3+ years of relevant experience, including technical expertisewith big data management and software development
· Solid understanding of PDO methodologies and Expedition journeys
· Passion for data and innovative ways to develop global product
· Ability to collaborate well with Product Teams, Business Partners, and Customers
· Exposure and experience with Ford Architectural standards, processes, and documentation
· Previous success leading agile development teams
· Ability to work as a global team member in a changing environment and managing multiple priorities
· Ability to work in ambiguous environment and strive to bring clarity
· Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally)
· Self-driven, self-motivatedindividual with the ability to work autonomously
· Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills, and engaging presentation style
· Knowledge in FCSD landscape is an advantage
Leadership
· Provide coaching and mentoring to Product Team
· Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the team
· Prepare and present content about the health of the Product
· Adopt innovate mindset and encourage teams to share learnings and experiences
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Qualification required
· B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.SC/MCA
· Training/Certification in GCP is an advantage
· Experienced GSR 7 may also apply for this position
