The Team:
Rushmore Reviews by S&P Global is the leading global platform for Oil and Gas Operators to share, discuss
and analyze drilling, completions and well abandonment data.



The Impact:
Rushmore Reviews offer the only source of global offset well data that is provided directly from the
Operators and then independently quality controlled. This unique Operator only club has been delivering
well performance insights to its Operator membership for over 30 years.

• Work with a global upstream client Operator consortium on a number of Product Management and
development projects.



Responsibilities:
• Support the Product Manager, Product Owner and the wider Rushmore Reviews team in business-as usual
processes, daily operations, and ongoing product projects.
• Be part of managing all aspects of in-life products including customer feedback, requirements &
issues.
• Contribute to our product development plans, build, and manage customer relationships, and help to
host meetings and forums.
• Gathering product requirements from customers and align them with our business goals.
• Actively contribute to the development of new product features.
• Demonstrate product features to customers.
• Assist with strengthening our relationships with our customers.
• Develop product sales tools that support our commercial sales teams.
• Coordinate product marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
• Stay updated with the latest Operator activity in upstream and actively participate in team meetings,
share knowledge and insights, and contribute to internal knowledge & documentation.



Requirements:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience completed no
later than June 2024.
• Interest and familiarity with the energy sector.
• 0-24 months of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
