About the team
This role is a part of our Technology Support Team. Involves in implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with the business.
What you will be doing :
- Acts as the voice of the customer and primary interface between team and customer.Develop and explicitly communicate the Product Goal to All in the team and to stakeholders.
- Create Product Road map with all Needs, Business requirements, Business goals. Create business strategy, product design, market analysis on the financial products.
- Collaborate with designers to create mockups of what the final product will look like Review/actively involve in developing prototypes /Proof of concept
- Hands-on in collaborating with the development and testing teams on the technical requirements like Frontend, visualization, Data integrations points, API’s any dependencies in order to meet the Project deliverables. Examine and identify structural necessities by evaluating platform operations, applications, and implement product strategy that is in line with business processes
- Assess implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations (GDPR, PII, PCI etc). Focus on continuous Audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders/Management
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. Project management activities – PI planning, backlogs, deadlines. Educate team members through training and individual support
What you Bring:
- 12 to 15 years of Overall IT Experience including 5+ years of Experience as Business analyst/Product analyst. Strong knowledge of Agile principles, process and backlog management
- Strong knowledge of all product lifecycle phases, e.g., requirements definition, risk management, implementation, deployment, sustenance. Understanding of technical knowledge of information technology networks, systems, peripherals and software applications, Data migration activities, Data center technologies (both cloud and on-prem)
- Requires strong industry knowledge, and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
- Good knowledge in Banking and Payments Domain
- Experience with a Problem/Incident/Change Management processes tool such as Service Now, Rally, etc. Proven ability to function in an environment that requires flexibility, good judgment and sound decision-making, often based on limited information and/or under extreme conditions
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels.

- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.
- Provide technical support to the client and train the end users for the final product.
- Find out the information about latest tools and technologies which can enhance the features and performance of the application.
