Job Description
We're in search of a Support Specialist with a solid background supporting HR applications primarily Workday. This role is pivotal in providing support for our HR Technology applications. The perfect candidate would be adept at technical troubleshooting, possess excellent analytical skills, and be a creative problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part of the Operations team, helping to troubleshoot issues reported for various HR applications.
- Responsible for troubleshooting Workday related cases, reports and dashboards for delivered solutions, operational needs, and various executive initiatives.
- Provide root cause analysis regarding operational issues related to configuration across platforms.
- Work with HR managers & leaders on initiatives to improve HR systems services to the organization.
- Engage and effectively communicate with HR & non-HR stakeholders, build partnership
- Engage with the suppliers/vendors of integrated systems.
- Carry out tasks as per IAM and Cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure apps remain compliant to the policies.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday support.
- Proficiency with one of the following Workday Domains: Talent, HCM, Recruiting
- Good knowledge of calculated fields, Workday reporting and EIB loads.
- Experience configuring various role-based, user-based, and other constrained/unconstrained security roles and applying domain and business process security policy changes.
- Experience working/communicating effectively in a globally distributed team with global stakeholders such as Business Application Owners, Infrastructure CI owners, and third-party vendors.
- Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues. Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies, and practices quickly
- Familiarity with IT Configuration Management processes, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management would be a plus
