Responsibilities"\u2022 Be part of Product Control team covering various product categories and regions. (Asset classes: FX\/FXO, Rates, Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities, Treasury etc.)\n\u2022 Ensure appropriate controls and reviews are maintained for Daily P&L production, Core reconciliations, Month end close and BSS.\n\u2022 Ensure the teams are performing timely lockdown of daily and monthly P&L.\n\u2022 Review monthly\/quarterly balance sheet, with substantiation and potential financial exposure.\n\u2022 Handle upstream system transformation change implementations such as ASPIRE ICON, GPTM (Broadridge) for Fixed income and FMRP (Blade) for Derivatives, etc.\n\u2022 Review various reconciliation reports, management packs and ad-hoc reports.\n\u2022 Review of month end Journals for accrual, provision and true up.\n\u2022 Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained.\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to SLA's, KPI's , Internal metrics & FMG wide policies.\n\u2022 Identify\/ manage risk and control breakdowns.\n\u2022 Develop & maintain effective and standard processes. Maintain KOP's\/DI's.\n\u2022 Support change project initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements to current systems or migration to new system."
