Responsibilities
• Understand company's products and services and communicate their benefits• Develop and implement effective sales strategies with the sales team• Conduct market research and generate leads• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations• Assist clients in understanding legal and financial aspects of property transactions• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors• Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging sales materials and campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong presentation and negotiation skills• Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends• Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical clients• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed• Good organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
