Sales executive
Experience: 1-5 years
Duties: Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current members along with other income (Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program, etc)
Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing, and Promotion knowledge for the membership sales.
Responsible to maintain planner using established sales systems.
Responsible for Referral Program, Up-selling, and cross-selling.
Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks-ins, customer inquiries, etc. in the database software.
Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the member is regular in using the gym.
