Job Role:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic passionate individuals, both freshers and experienced, to join our dynamic team as skilled Inside Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive, you will guide prospective customers for the international tour packages over the phone.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ø Make outbound calls to the prospective customer leads.
Ø Assist customers in exploring and booking international tour and travel packages.
Ø Guide prospective customers, provide offers and information about company’s tour, travel and hotel packages.
Ø Understand and address customer requirements for travel, hotel accommodations, visa assistance, and other related services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the booking experience
Ø Learn about different travel destinations, cultures, and attractions to better assist customers.
Ø Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Ø Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and customer interactions.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and new travel offerings to enhance customer recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ø Good verbal communication skills in English along with command over regional languages would be preferred.
Ø Previous experience in any sales profile would be a plus especially in travel industry. However, freshers are also welcome for the profile.
Ø Open to making outbound calls to the prospective customers.
Ø Highly motivated and confident personality.
Ø Familiarity with maintaining data in excel or other software would be a plus.
Ø Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
