About Park+:
Park+ is already the largest community of 70 lakh+ car owners in India. We are building the Super app for car users. We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership. We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FasTag and access control in malls, corporate parks & apartments. Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking at ~90,000 sites across India. Park+ enabled MG and Hyundai customers to book and pay for parking via the car's head unit infotainment system. In just over 24 months of our existence, up to 20% of all cars in metro cities and 15% cars across India are already on the Park+ platform. Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), 1,200+ residential apartment gates.
Park+ has raised USD 50Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT. Amit has previously built 3 multi-billion dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm's payments business from scratch. Besides, Amit joined MakeMyTrip and Tokopedia at a very early stage and built significant sized businesses in these unicorns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing multiple projects, complex schedules & budgets, in a multivendor environment with broad interdependencies and ensuring that they meet all quality parameters, delivered on time and within the estimated cost
2. Estimating efforts relative to the project(s) and visiting job site(s) as needed to review progress and quality of work
3. Coordinating with the cross-functional team to work on Schedule, Resource Planning, and Budgeting, Resource Assignments, Risk Management, Quality and Cost Management
4. Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the project, as well as compliance as laid out to the management and other identified stakeholders
5. Coordinating the interrelated activities of Tech, Product for bugs as well as requirements
6. Ensure that an appropriate process is followed for project onboarding, going live and post live
7. Have previously worked in product/ team handling/cross-departmental communications
8. Ensure customer experience of users with the application is optimal in all aspects
This Person shall work on various projects of Operations team and would a central resource to look after various projects, these projects can be (these are only examples) :
1. Network Planning: Identifying the gaps in the current supply network and planning the launch of new clusters and curtailing existing supply for supply-demand optimization
2. B2B Revenue optimization: Bridging the gaps between the B2B demand and existing supply by optimizing processes and releasing ground bandwidths
3. Tracking of bugs and product developments and implementation on ground
