We are seeking an innovative and analytical Operations Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations to define and manage metrics, create regulatory Content Compliance processes, build mechanisms across Operations, Policy, and Business, and reduce risk across current processes. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.
This Operations Program Manager, Regulatory Compliance will be joining a global team that is customer-obsessed, focused on providing our customers a safe and trusted selection. We are looking for a data-driven, process oriented leader who will work closely with other managers within Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics, and drive gap assessments.
Key job responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about data, awareness of Regulatory compliance requirements, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making. They will be conducting regulatory gap assessment and risk review with regular dive deep into manual processes to identify trends and build systemic solutions with appropriate mechanisms to ensure adequate guard rails.

Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
• Must have trust and safety, Content Compliance experience
• Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
• Proven problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience and strong interest in Operations, Content Compliance and accuracy.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking; Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with digital video streaming
