HR Program and Operations – Growth Markets

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary partner to the Market CHRO and Service delivery lead
  • Build highly impactful content and analysis, shape the narrative to enable strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Primary orchestrator for all strategic and operational priorities of the Growth Markets CHRO.
  • Build and own the charter of the Market CHRO’s strategic and ongoing priorities and interactions, including but not restricted to:
o Interactions with Growth Markets Group Chief Executive and Market Leadership team.
o Delivery of our journey to Modern HR, driving transformation and innovation.
o Ownership of the Market Talent Ambition and Strategy across MUs.
o Contribution to Board, GMC and Global CHRO leadership meetings.
  • Bring deep knowledge and understanding of the internal and external business, talent and market context.
  • Build and drive agenda for Growth Markets HR leadership team meetings, aligned with Growth Markets talent priorities.
  • Identify and create opportunities for the Market CHRO to engage in ongoing and meaningful interactions with our people.
  • Identify and create opportunities for the Market CHRO to engage in the external marketplace, to position Accenture as an industry leader and an employer of choice.
  • Stay abreast of market and competitor intelligence, latest industry trends, talent insights and enable the Market CHRO and team to operate with a view into the future.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen, ideally with Strategy, T&O and Analytics experience.
  • Exceptionally effective communicator with strong written and verbal story telling.
  • Passion for talent development and enablement.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with a global team across multiple time zones and cultures.
