What would you do?
As a Senior Commercial PMO, you will play a pivotal leadership role in supporting the effective delivery and management of commercial projects within Accenture's operations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will be responsible for establishing a robust governance model and processes, ensuring delivery controls compliance, and contributing to sustainable growth strategies. Your expertise will drive successful project execution while adhering to Accenture's standards and best practices. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

•Ability to work well in a team - Minimum of 11 years of experience in project management or program management, with significant experience in a commercial or business-oriented setting, in IT-ITES industry -Should have team handling experience - Proven track record of establishing successful project governance models and processes. - Advanced sales and pipeline management experience. - Strong financial acumen and experience with forecasting and budgeting at a senior level. - Demonstrated expertise in risk management and compliance with delivery controls. - Order to cash management experience. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strategic mindset and the ability to drive sustainable growth initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Establish Governance Model & Processes: Lead the development and implementation of an effective project governance model and processes to facilitate efficient decision-making and ensure alignment with Accenture's strategic objectives.
2. Sales and Pipeline Management Skills: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate sales and pipeline data into project planning and resource allocation, playing a critical role in supporting business growth initiatives.
3. Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and provide strategic financial analysis to support cost control, forecasting, and sustainable growth strategies.
4. Forecasting and Budgeting Skills: Utilize advanced forecasting and budgeting skills to develop accurate project financial projections and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
5. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and lead the project team in implementing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
6. Order to Cash Skills: Ensure efficient management of the order-to-cash process to support seamless project invoicing and revenue recognition.
7. Delivery Controls Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with delivery controls and governance standards, promoting adherence to quality and best practices throughout project execution.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to keep stakeholders informed on project status, progress, and key performance indicators.
9. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships and effective communication with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and sustainable growth strategies.
10. Quality Assurance: Lead efforts to monitor and maintain project deliverable quality standards, ensuring compliance with Accenture's guidelines and industry best practices. 1
