We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer onboarding, prioritizing customer retention, and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service. This position requires a tech-savvy individual who enjoys working with customers, potentially performing field visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance and implement necessary changes.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team to ensure customer service excellence.
- Regularly liaise with senior management to report on operational performance.
- Potentially perform field visits as required to maintain and develop client relationships.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the health tech sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
