Lending is currently the biggest vertical in Navi. One of the top areas of innovation which drives both growth and profitability in lending is collections. We are looking for bright and young people who can own the business targets of Collections P&L and contribute to building fast growing and profitable lending business in their region.
Role : City CEO - Navi Lending
Team - Strategy & business Operations (SBO)
Background - Consistent high achievement in academics and work (top 0.1%) with experience of upto 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the Collections P&L of the Lending vertical of Navi in his/her region
2. Responsible for hitting the topline and bottomline targets
3 .Build team, processes and metrics which is consistent and scalable
4. People & issues management
5. Hiring and expanding team operations
6. Ground operations management
7. Coming with insights and strategies for step jump improvements for collections in Navi
8. Do different experiments in the region to validate the insights and roll out successful experiments
9. Working closely with central teams like finance, Control tower, process excellence, HR, vigilance, audit, etc.
Key Skills Needed
1. Entrepreneurial mind-set along with an ability to hustle and solve problems on-ground
2. A strategic mind-set, with a well-honed eye for detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style
4. Analytical skills- understanding data & dashboards; being adept at Excel and Google Sheets
Growth Path
City CEO is a general management role with ownership of P&L and owning business targets and hence we see the person being fungible and able to move easily into most of the roles in central office inside and outside SBO and also across other businesses of Navi.
Hence, people doing well in the role will have the option to move to a central role operating out of Navi Headquarters in Bangalore post 2 years
