SalaryDescription
- Provide Tier 3 support activities for existing applications which includes but is not limited to:
- Work with appropriate resources to resolve reported defects and issues with applications.
- Assist with periodical required activities such as Disaster Recovery testing and User Access Reviews.
- Conduct Security Vulnerability Remediation and other Security related activities.
- Understand application architecture, codebase and resolving defects on time with quality.
- Perform systems analysis and prepare detailed documentation including software requirement specification, system design, and test cases.
- Ensure all activities are performed with quality and procedural compliance by writing secure code with proper exception and error handling.
- Analyze, design and develop application components and services according to requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with Operations staff on deployment of applications.
- Work with business partners to analyze and address support requests to include training.
- Perform code reviews, development testing and, as needed, validation testing.
- Working Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL, etc.), Web Development Languages, Scripting Languages (JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, etc.), and Secure Coding Best Practices.
- Excellent knowledge of basic relational database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) and languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL).
- Expert in debugging (Browser, Managed Code, Operating Systems).
- Familiarity with the following: IIS, Windows & Linux/Unix Server Apache, Azure DevOps, Vulnerability Mitigation.
- Following skills highly preferred: Validated System Experience, Working with external Vendors, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Business Analysis, Project Management.
