What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design You will help design, implement & manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for marketers that allows them to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. You will help incorporate incorporates integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and management, and data analysis.
What are we looking for? •Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SFMC functionalities, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. Knowledge of SQL and AMPscript for data segmentation and dynamic content creation within SFMC. •Campaign Management: Proficiency in configuring and customizing SFMC components, including data extensions, email templates, and automations. •Best Practices: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. •Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and campaign execution. •Collaboration Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring accuracy and consistency across coding and email rendering. •Proficiency in HTML and CSS: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across various email clients and devices. •Email Design Best Practices •API Integration: Exposure to API integration to fully utilize SFMC’s API capabilities. •Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio: End to end understanding of SFMC Social Studio. •Reporting and Analysis: Experience in campaign reporting and analysis, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. •Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to assist in creating visual elements for email templates. •A/B Testing: Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance. •Accessibility: Awareness of email accessibility best practices to ensure emails are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards.
Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with Project Manager and/or marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives & requirements by carefully reviewing briefs & seeking clarification before the build along with highlighting risks (if any)Assist in the execution of campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, & content creation.Provide guidance on leveraging SFMC capabilities to achieve campaign goals effectively.SFMC Configuration & Development:Configure & customize SFMC components, including data extensions, email templates, l&ing pages, & automations, to support campaign execution.Build & maintain various standard data extensions/customer master within SFMC for accurate segmentation & personalization.Create & manage automated journeys, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, & triggered communications.Campaign Execution & Management:Set up & execute email, SMS, direct mail, social/paid & other marketing broad cast or journey-based campaign using SFMC tools.Create Cloud pages within SFMC tool as per brief provided.Ensure accurate targeting & segmentation of campaign audiences.Monitor campaign performance & engagement metrics, providing regular reporting & analysis to stakeholders.Conduct A/B testing & optimization to improve campaign effectiveness & customer experience.Troubleshoot & resolve any technical issues related to campaign execution.HTML Email Template Development:Design & develop HTML email templates (from PSDs) optimized for various email clients, ensuring compatibility & responsiveness across desktop & mobile devices.Implement dynamic content & personalized elements using personalization languages (example AMPscript or SSJS) to create dynamic & personalized email experiences.Email Build Testing:Conduct thorough testing to verify email rendering across different email clients & devices to ensure consistent display & functionality.Email Design Best Practices:Stay up to date with email design best practices, industry trends, & email marketing standards to create visually compelling & effective email campaigns.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:Identify & resolve any HTML/CSS-related issues that may arise during email campaign development or execution.Work Orchestration & Data hygiene:Fully underst& ticketing/request management tool & accurately record updates, data points, timestamps etc. to provide seamless campaign experience to both internal & external stakeholders.Adhere to all DTPs / SOPsAny Graduation
