Join as an Area Sales Manager
The channel could be either General / Traditional Trade OR Omni-Channel (Modern Trade + E-Comm)
In the first 3-6 months, you will lead central activation or operation agenda for the branch while understanding Mondelez International's ways of working, following territory assignment as per location preferences aligned prior to selection
The Area Sales Manager Role @ Mondelez
- To achieve volume & value sales of products across categories & Retail Environments
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Implement pricing & promotion strategies to drive accelerated growth
- Team management - Plan and execute effective territory coverage and ensure maximum market penetration
- Manage a network of distributors and team of executives and salesman, providing them guidance, support, and training to ensure their alignment with company goals and objectives
- Overview of Key Accounts in Omni - stock and infra hygiene, PO management
