Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sourcing and acquiring new business; Sub Brokers/Channel Partners, Distributors and IFAs.
- Secure New and increased commercial opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
- Design and implement business development plans for Channel Partner acquisition.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Building strong relations with Sub-brokers / Channel Partners, Distributors and IFAs.
- Ensuring channel partner productivity by increasing transaction Volume, New Client Acquisition.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Relationship Managers of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the Relationship Managers.
- Motivating Relationship Managers to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
- Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.
