Address JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure production plans made to capture complete demand and meet service commitments
Manager Supply planning – Bias plants -KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SUPPLY PLANNING: Convert the Sales plan in to production plan for plants and ensure that demand supply match. Coordinate with Plant orders to ensure the production plan is met. KPI will be Plant CLIP. Maintain designated inventory levels to ensure service commitment
- OPTIMIZE DEMAD AND SUPPLY: Coordinating with the Production Plants, Raw Materials, Outsourcing / Subcontracting Units, Product Management Team to optimize the demand & Supply.
- SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYTICS - Inventory, Production, Availability & Capacity and accessories requirement analysis - Production compliances, track inventory at Plant levels
- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Weekly Customer SKU OTIF in OE. Exports ETD commitment adherence
