Job Description Basic Information Unique Job Position (UJP) Manager Social Media Marketing - JioMart Reporting To Lead Social Media Marketing Location RCP, Mumbai Purpose of the Role This role is responsible for driving the Social Media presence of JioMart Grocery business through strategic Influencer and content marketing initiatives, developing and implementing innovative content strategies to attract and retain customers. Activities that are a part of the Role Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for different Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. This includes posts, stories, videos, and graphics. Community Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across Social Media channels promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and engaging community around the brand. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Social Media advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. This involves setting objectives, targeting the right audience, creating ad creatives, and monitoring performance metrics. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and bloggers in the food and lifestyle niche to promote JioMart. Manage relationships and track the effectiveness of influencer partnerships. Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with the brand's marketing objectives and seasonal promotions. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, conversion rate, and ROI of Social Media activities. Use analytics tools to track performance and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. User-generated Content (UGC) Campaigns: Encourage customers to share their experiences with JioMart through user-generated content such as reviews, testimonials, and photos. Repurpose UGC in marketing campaigns to build trust and authenticity. Social Listening: Monitor conversations and trends related to grocery shopping, food, and online shopping in general. Use insights gained from social listening to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Social Media Marketing, e-commerce, and the grocery industry. Experiment with new features and formats on Social Media platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
