Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization
- Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals
- Takes lead in implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices across the organization
Operational Efficiencies
- Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Partners, Distributors & Agents) and monitoring performance (Individual & Overall) on daily basis.
- Implementation, feedback and co-ordination on various promotional & Incentive programs launched by product team
- Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy
- Participate in sales calls along with Sales Officers
- Impart periodic skills enhancement trainings to Sales Officers
- Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the National Head for new acquisition of customers across segments.
- Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities) in the region to drive the business targets of the region
- Work closely with the inventory team to activate bus operators as agents / maintain price parity both online and offline and bring in the best pricing and commission to the B2B channel
- Develop a good mix of retail agent base for bus and bus hire bookings.

- Create an empowering environment for employees in the team
- Deploy initiatives to maintain a culture of performance across team members
Continuous Improvement
- Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging trends in the B2B segment
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred
Exp Minimum and Maximum :4 - 6 years of experience in Sales with minimum 1-2 years of team management experience
