Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Required Candidate Profile: Experience in Government Sales, Industrial sales, New business development from various sources (Utility/OEM/Govt, etc)
Key Skills: Verbal and written communication skills in English language are a must Strong leadership skills, Presentation skills, outcome-oriented thinking, and business acumen
Job Description:
- Responsible for the Direct and Indirect sales made to Utilities segment in the Assigned Territory.
- Should have strong technical knowledge, and possess knowledge on latest technologies in the industry.
- Experience in handling Utility Customers/Contractors/Industrial Customers etc
- Preparing budget, following up on market status and forecasting trends in the Utility/industry and studying consumer behaviour
- Managing, monitoring and guiding the Customers for effective closure of leads and achieve company’s target
- Develop new businesses and products, as well as, expand new distribution Channels.
- Prepare List of Major Accounts and Projects Customers List including promotion plan and sales tools, in accordance with the annual marketing plan to achieve sales target
- Exploring new markets and customer opportunities.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with existing Customers, business partners and expand new distribution Channels/Agents
- Should be regularly visiting the utilities, meet the Zones/Circles and their CEs, SEs, AEs etc and make effective presentations and explain the value proposition of our products
- Effectively involved in the pre-tendering stage.
- Promoting Time synchronizing, Asset and Energy Management solution to OEM’s and Meter manufacturers
- Should have experience in B2B marketing in industrial product sales/solution selling with strong domain knowledge in Electricals /Electronics
