Core Skills
- 5+ years experience in BI tools. 2+ years experience in Power BI or Qlik.
- 7+ years experience in SQL. Exposure to Snowflake is a plus.
- 3+ years experience working with Google Analytics.
- 2+ years experience with reporting suites of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Advanced Excel is a must.
- 6+ years experience in business analytics roles. 2+ years in a Marketing Analytics Lead role.
- Has built and led a team of 5+ marketing analysts.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital analytics, and experience with various marketing channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Python and data science modelling experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging data to optimize marketing efforts and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of marketing analysts, fostering a collaborative environment, providing guidance, and promoting skill development.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Use advanced analytical techniques to interpret data, extract meaningful insights, and create actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish KPIs, design dashboards, and create regular reports to monitor and communicate the performance of marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing teams, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics efforts with broader business objectives.
- Tool and Technology Implementation: Identify and implement cutting-edge analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization efforts across various marketing channels to improve performance and ROI.
- Compliance and Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish robust data governance practices within the Marketing Analytics function.
