Job description

The Source To Pay Product Manager is responsible for features and functions throughout the S2P techstack. They are a key contributor to the planning process and drive execution in partnership with their engineering teams. The PM works closely with design, engineering, stakeholder team (Procurement, Accounts Payables tec), and various cross-functional teams to bring the techstack to life– often serving as the customer voice, defining requirements, and prioritizing trade-offsThe PM will flex between key aspects of the role from strategic thinking, customer discovery and needs assessment, to tactical execution and may spend more or less time in each of those areas depending on where their product is in its lifecycleThis role requires someone to be highly analytical and have a keen customer obsession while balancing trade-offs and competing needsThey must be prepared to create or provide significant contributions to a compelling S2P technology roadmap using insights and data to drive decision making, while also able to write clear and concise product requirements that fully capture the vision of their products while considering the end-to-end customer experience. 
About the role   
As a  Product Manager you will:  
  • Develop strong functional intuition by interpreting and assessing business problems/needs/opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction. 

  • Build world class capabilities by creating a technology vision for the S2P function and maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress. 

  • Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership for a techstack, its performance and reliability, and delighting our business partners with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues. 

About you You are a fit for this role if you have-
  • Experience and passion for Source-To-Pay technologies, eg SAP Ariba, 
  • Foundational Skills  
  • Ariba experience, Familiar with Up/down stream process
  • Ariba Experience & Automation (UI path/ Co-pilot/ Power Automate etc)
  • Experience in s2p (Source to Pay in Ariba space )
  • Experience in Sourcing domain
  • Familiarity with Process & Tech, Product & Tech life cycle
  • Experience in building strategic plans
