Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales at our office in Lucknow. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, creating and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating and implementing business plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales operations and sales team management
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Have Brief Knowledge about working Capital, Business Loan, Project Finance, Project Loan.
Salary : UPTO 10 Lakh LPA.
