Job Description

• Oversee all the tools used by the sales team for the respective title - media kit, emailers, to support the sales team on a monthly/annual basis research/creating category decks
• Support Sales team on sponsor integration ideas & decks
• Pitch for sponsorships along with the sales team, support the event projects and provide sponsor support to the Head- Events, Marketing & Alliances.
• Deliver as per the event sponsorship target set by the Head- Events, Marketing & Alliances and the Commercial Sales Leads
• Ensure each event has a profitable P&L, work on cost reduction
• Responsible for all event sponsor management, which includes and is not limited to, sponsor event execution to support sales
• Execute elements on behalf of the Sales and Editorial team which includes barters, cost negotiations with all vendors, and executing barter deals and deliverable
