As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and administrative functions within the organization. Your primary role will be to ensure the effective management of personnel and resources to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
2. Facilitate performance management and employee development programs.
3. Supervise day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and vendor relationships.
4. Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems to support business operations.
5. Manage employee records, payroll, benefits administration and compliances.
6. Booking flight, Hotels, Cabs and arranging Annual Conferences
7. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
8. Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
