AddressThe HR Digitalization and Service Delivery Team leads the implementation of digital initiatives in the HR Domain. The team also prepares reports and dashboards, to help visualize HR data. In addition to this, the team also extends systems related support to the BU HR Teams and CoE's in the form of data uploads, maintaining data sanctity etc.
The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager - Service Delivery and will be responsible for below :
HR Project Management
- Attend requirement gathering workshops and act as the SPOC for implementation
- Analyze and document as-is processes and conduct gap analysis
- Prepare drafts on to-be processes, project plans and success metrics
- Document project plans and establish SLA compliance by all parties
- Lead status calls with vendors
- Lead the end - to - end process from plan creation to letter generation for the annual compensation cycle
- Provide technical support to PPR Team for the annual compensation cycle
- Ensure correctness of data in reports and dashboards
- Identify scope for process improvements with supporting data analysis
- Design change management initiatives for popularization of initiatives
- Documentation of SOPs
- Any ad-hoc support required by the BU HR Teams
