Job Description:
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Maintaining high quality standards throughout the project life cycle, making sure the deliverables are going on time to the customers
- Drives operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls
- Understanding the needs and requirements of the customer and moving to meet those needs proactively.
- Handling & maintaining project time sheets, statistics
- Establish and execute a project communication plan
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
- Work closely with the internal teams, department heads towards the success of projects
