Position Summary:
- Responsible for providing line management leadership to Operations Associate team performing Operations support activities including Employee Onboarding, CPC Management, Freelancer Management & Invoice Management under minimal supervision.
- Ensures team deliverables are met to expected quality and timelines, provides technical oversight as needed, and mentors/develops Operations Associate team and other employees under the guidance of Manager / Sr. Manager or designee.

- Read, ensure understanding and adhere to all assigned ICON SOPs and working procedures (or sponsor as appropriate).
- Complete all assigned training and courses in the ICON Training Management system (iLearn) (or sponsor system, as appropriate); ensuring that mandatory courses are all completed before the designated date and that the required system specific training has been completed for current studies.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and workload balancing across assigned teams in coordination with Team Leads & Sr.Staffs.
- Provide resource projection on an ongoing basis to Management as appropriate.
- Support recruitment of resources.
- Support and Mentor direct reports and extend technical expertise on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and organize the training needs as appropriate in coordination with -ICON University.
- Ensure teams achieve productivity and quality targets, perform benchmarking reviews and perform oversight of deliverables using different tools/ techniques and maintain and report relevant metrics.
- Perform interim /annual performance appraisal of assigned team members and identify gaps and propose development plans.
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements (internal/external) on an ongoing basis.
- Develop, deliver and represent Global Business Operations in internal and/or external presentations as required.
Expectation:
- minimum of 8 years appropriate experience in Operations Management, Finance or HR Operations.
- minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
- Effectively manage work priorities of self and direct reports, delegating responsibilities where appropriate.
- Drive & lead system integration initiatives within Global Business Operations function working collaboratively with different stakeholders. Provide other general duties as required to support the company
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Appropriate experience and understanding of at least one payment systems (Oracle, ADP), hiring systems (Taleo, WD), employee verification process & Operations Management systems for managing employee’s timesheet, invoice & billing.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or local equivalent in any discipline.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration – Finance/Operations preferred.
