We are a Venture Capital backed enterprise trusted by marquee investors such as 3one4 Capital and Beenext Position Overview & Responsibilities: We're on the lookout for an entre preneurial Business Development and Marketing Maverick with a proven history in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers and Inks sector. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market presence, forging strategic alliances, and driving profitable revenue growth. Market Analysis: Dive deep into market dynamics and identifying opportunities, in the CASE sector for India . Craft sales strategies fueled by competitive intelligence and real-time market insights to enter new markets and acquire customers with focus on specifically Specialty Resins, Emulsions, Coating Additives, Fillers, Dyes and Pigments amongst other speciality chemicals Own your PnL: Crush PnL targets and manage cashflows through relentless lead generation, strategic prospecting, and quick conversion tactics. Deliver lightning-fast, accurate sales forecasts and reports to fuel growth engine. Collaborate with internal teams for documentation & process driven order fulfillment. Hustle for building a Business: Make quick inroads into the market by establishing connections with distributors, retailers, and end customers in the Industrial Chemical ecosystem (focus on masterbatches, polymer compounds, dyes and pigments) across the world. Fearlessly negotiate and close deals that propel our growth trajectory for exports. Swiftly address customer inquiries, continuous improvement for better conversion Product Prowess: Figure out gaps in the market with focus on Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers and Inks to to build a profitable business Stay on the bleeding edge of industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory shifts in the CASE market. Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for licenses(if any) and work with internal teams to get it executed for compliant business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA is a power-up. A minimum of 5 years of turbo-charged experience in export sales or Business Development within the CASE industries, with a spotlight on India and exposure to export markets would be an advantage. Expertise in Specialty Resins, Emulsions, Coating Additives, Fillers, Dyes and Pigments amongst other speciality chemicals , coupled with a keen sense of market trends and adaptive regulatory understanding. Proven ability to build and sustain impactful business relationships.
