Management Trainee - Talent Development & Support Services
Grade: Executive
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Type of Employment : Fixed Term Contract - Full Time

Job Summary:

The T&D Support Service Team Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives within the organization. This multifaceted position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing participant interactions, overseeing invoicing and recharge processing, and serving as a technical producer for virtual training programs. The individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of L&D operations by maintaining efficient processes, facilitating positive participant experiences, and actively supporting the development and execution of engaging training programs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Administrative

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Learning Development team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events as directed by the L&D senior team members.

  • Manage Shared mailbox reporting.

2. Invoicing & Recharge

  • Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices related to Talent Development and other functions within CSS HR

  • Manage recharging requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing as guided by senior team members.

3. Resource Management

  • Coordinate the distribution and tracking of training materials, resources, and tools.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of an organized resource library.

4. Feedback Collection and Analysis :

  • Collecting feedback from training participants.

  • Summarize and analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement in training programs and support services.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records related to training activities, participant attendance, and feedback, as well as on invoicing & recharge services.

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and metrics for the L&D Support Service.

6. Collaboration with L&D Team & Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate closely with L&D professionals to understand program requirements and participant needs.

  • Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of support services.

7. Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all aspects of L&D support services.

8. Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in L&D support, and advancements in technology that can improve service delivery.
