Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating exceptional written communication skills for email drafting and official correspondence.
- Accurately recording meeting minutes and promptly disseminating them to relevant parties.
- Managing travel and tour arrangements for both official and personal requirements of the Director.
- Overseeing digital media and social media marketing for multiple accounts.
- Conducting in-depth secondary research to support various projects.
- Coordinating logistics for events, including venue bookings and sending out invitations.
- Handling procurement processes, from vendor identification to contract management.
- Organizing program-related travel arrangements and transportation as required.
- Utilizing basic content writing and social media management skills to enhance the online presence of the organization and the Director.
- Working independently and contributing effectively to assigned tasks.
- Managing accounts, expenses, and reimbursement-related matters for the Director.
- Serving as a vital point of communication between the Director and the organization.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge preferred - with knowledge of Tally ERP, and other softwares
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- B.Com, BA, BSc, BBA (purusing/passed) - MUST
- Masters will be an added advantage.
