AddressResponsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities:
- Develop communication pieces such as articles, newsletters and mailers to drive key strategic messages and engagement
- Manage company intranet, mass mailers and DLs
- Support key business functions and stakeholders in their communication initiatives
- Understand business requirements and prepare impactful infographs, short videos, presentations
- Use design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Paint, etc. to create engaging creatives and do quick edits
- Track analytics and metrics to check effectiveness of communication, identify trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Plan, schedule, track and independently execute projects
- Identify appropriate communication channels depending upon the audience, message, purpose, etc. (intranet, e-newsletter, internal social media, digital screens, internal emails, etc.)
- Follow corporate brand standards to ensure message consistency
Experience
6 to 8 Years
Industry Preferred
Manufacturing, Automotive, IT
Qualifications
- Graduation in mass media / journalism/ literature/ digital marketing / branding
- PG in mass media / journalism/ literature/ digital marketing/ branding
General Requirements
- Adept at using Office 365 Suite
- Excellent communication skills - keen listener, strong command over english language
- Analytical ability to convert data into stories
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
