About profile:
We are looking for an experiencedNational HeadSales & Marketing with 10 to 15 years of experience into Disinfectant portfolio, who share our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with an organization in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
Setting Sales Targets: Establishing sales targets and goals for regional sales managers and sales teams to ensure revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
Leading Sales Teams: Providing leadership, direction, and guidance to regional sales managers and their respective teams to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Monitoring Sales Performance: Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and profitability, and taking corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from targets.
Training and Development: Conducting training programs and workshops to develop the sales skills and capabilities of the sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell the company's products or services.
Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and drive sales growth.
Market Analysis and Planning: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Developing and managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing expenses to maximize ROI and profitability.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Reporting and Communication: Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives, and effectively communicating sales strategies and objectives across the organization.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and promoting ethical conduct and integrity within the sales organization.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems, and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
This profile plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective sales leadership and management.
Education and Experience:
We are open to consider candidates from below experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfil the below criteria:
Education: B. Sc. Biomedical or BE-Bio Medical or B. Pharma + MBA (Sales and Marketing) from reputed University/College is mandatory.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience
Preferred industry: Medical Device products Business background and should have good knowledge of Medical Device implants & hospital surgical products
- Work experience in CRM Portal to manage the leads and team productivity
- Must have very good communication skills. Should possess knowledge of oral and written English/ other relevant languages.
- Presentable personality, convincing skill and ability to convert the customers to company portfolio
- Candidates must have experience in domestic market
- Should be good at data analytics of customers and distributors
- Should have some experience of managing/ participation in National events
