Director Sales & Marketing
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. They will play a key role in driving revenue, brand awareness, and market share for the company.
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
2. Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams
3. Develop and oversee sales and marketing budgets
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
5. Develop and manage effective marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and overseeing public relations efforts.
6. Working closely with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
7. Allocating resources effectively and monitoring spending to ensure alignment with company objectives.
8. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
9. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
