AddressPosition: Leadership Role- Mid Corporates Business Development (West) (Leading Rating Agency)
Role:
- The role is for leading the new client acquisition and relationship management team for Mid Corporates in the Western Region
- Lead and build the team that is responsible for origination of new credit rating mandates from these debt issuers
- Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for the Company in the region
- Raising the profile of the Company's brand through consistent marketing to bankers, investors etc. in the region
- In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates
- Working closely with the analytical teams.

Experience:
- MBA/CA with 12-20 yrs of experience in Corporate Banking/ Relationship Management of Mid Corporates in a Bank/NBFC or in Origination of Debt Capital Market Mandates.
- Should have excellent relationships with senior decision makers among these Corporates
- Should have good team building and team leading skills
- Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of corporate credit analysis
- Strong marketing, Sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong focus on revenue generation
