Key Accountabilities
Work with customer to understand the training requirement and create appropriate training curriculum in the required delivery format
Work with customer and subject matter experts to prepare or refine competency maps
Prepare detailed courseware design with course objectives, instructional strategy, and duration
Define customer specific writing standards, guidelines, and checklists
Review e learning storyboards, classroom guides, and other training materials developed by Instructional Designers for instructional standards and customer specifications
Review developed e learning courseware for fidelity to design and customer standards
Train and mentor Instructional Designers
Manage a team of Instructional Designers and ensure that they adhere to schedule, quality and productivity norms
Contribute to the development of new standards and development processes
