Position Overview:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of our organization. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, payroll, and overall HR strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Build and nurture a strong employer brand to attract and retain top industry professionals.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns.
Training and Development:
- Develop a comprehensive training and development program to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- Identify training needs, both individual and organizational, and implement targeted programs.
- Promote a continuous learning culture to support career growth and development.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee benefits programs, staying current with industry trends and ensuring competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors for benefits administration.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 10+ years proven experience in leading HR functions, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, training, and payroll processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
