Job description

As a Lead Generation Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Lead Generation team by imparting your expertise in cold calling techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to train new and existing staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in Lead Generation and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on cold calling strategies, objection handling, and effective communication skills.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant trends into training materials.

Onboarding:

  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with a solid foundation in Lead Generation principles and techniques.
  • Ensure that new team members are proficient in using relevant tools and technologies.

Ongoing Training and Coaching:

  • Implement continuous training sessions for existing team members to enhance their skills and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Provide personalized coaching to address individual performance gaps and promote ongoing improvement.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training initiatives.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Provide constructive feedback to individuals and the team based on performance evaluations.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the impact of training programs and identify opportunities for refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in Lead Generation through cold calling, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in a Lead Generation or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and lead management tools (Zoominfo).
  • High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹720,000.00 per month
